Worshiping my Lord and Savior through music is how I primarily connect with God. Isaiah 6:3 (NKJV) says, “And they were calling to one another: Holy, holy, holy is the Lord Almighty; the whole earth is full of his glory.”

The scripture declares that the angels worship unceasingly. Worshiping God, whether that’s through song, prayer, reading your word, serving others and so much more, puts you in an open posture to God. So often, it is easy to be swept up by the concerns of this world, but let this post be a resource to connect with God.

Many of the songs I have chosen include an artist by the name of Steffany Gretzinger. I am inspired by her posture toward God. She opens up her entire self when leading worship, which is a great example of where we all need to be right now. We, myself included, need to open ourselves completely up. No filters are needed at the feet of God. No matter how broken you may feel, God is ready to receive you.

Let this be a reminder that God has got your back, and His love will never falter.
