Just Breathe

Breathe.

When you’ve done so much but it never feels like you’ve done enough. When your head is spinning as you’re standing still. When you’re living to do and not living to live.

Breathe.

When the lists get longer and longer. When you feel smaller and smaller. When you don’t know where the tasks start and end.

Breathe.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Lay down.

Watch that movie you’ve been wanting to watch.

Treat yourself to something for just you.

Live in this present moment.

It’s okay.

You’re okay.

It’s going to be just fine.

Better than fine.

Breathe.
