Preptober – a time where writers prepare for National Novel Writing Month (also known as NaNoWriMo) – is already halfway through. However, there’s no time like the present. So, I’m jumping on the bandwagon a bit late, but I’m super excited to get back into my writing.

To prepare to work on my new novel that I’ve already outlined and wrote a few pages of, I want to finish going through beta comments from my recent completed novel and get that ready for submission. I haven’t dedicated much time to any of it for the last few months, but I feel ready to start again.

My goal is to have my completed book ready to submit by the end of this month, which means I’ve got some work to do. There’s feedback from two beta readers that I need to sort through and then edit accordingly, but I’m thrilled to dive back into this crazy publishing world.
